Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pearl-shaped carbon black having good flow characteristics and storage characteristics, having enough flexibility, and capable of being well blended and dispersed. SOLUTION: This pearl-shaped carbon black has an oil absorption number of > 100ml/100g and an oil absorption number of compressed sample of > 78ml/100g, wherein a fraction of pearl-shaped granules having a diameter of > 2.5 mm is contained in an amount of 22 wt%, and each of the granules in the fraction having the diameter of 0.71-1.0 mm has a hardness of 7.0-25.0 g.
