SOLUTION: In the turret lathe, a primary coil is arranged at a fixed part 11 and a secondary coil is arranged at a center of the turret 12 in opposed thereto. In the lathe having the comb type cutter base, a plurality of ultrasonic machining tools 17a-17e are arranged at the comb type cutter base and the secondary coils are connected to the respective ultrasonic machining tools respectively. The primary coil and a high frequency power source are arranged at the fixed part 11 in opposed to the secondary coil.
