A machine code builder reads pre-executable code and binds a machine code from the pre-executable code for maximizing a time duration requiring no resource. A user can define the unneeded resource(s), or a builder can analyze the pre-executable code to determine which resource(s) are not required. The builder reorganizes machine code to maximize the time a specific resource is not used.
