NETWORK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a ring sub network resulting from aggregating a plurality of sub networks in a ring on the basis of a simplified management model. SOLUTION: The network management system is provided with: a node modeling means 111 for creating an MLS model including all layers corresponding to each node being the component of a network; a ring modeling means 112 for creating a ring MLS model resulting from aggregating the networks comprising a plurality of nodes connected in a ring; a relating information registration means 113 for registering information representing a master-slave relation between the ring MLS model and the MLS model included therein; and a termination point registration means 114 for registering termination points at add / drop sides of the respective aggregated nodes as termination points at the add / drop sides related to the ring MLS.
