RESIN COMPOSITION FOR COATING, COATING COMPOSITION AND COATING METHOD USING THE COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for coating use capable of sufficiently suppressing the generation of coating film defects by decreasing the water ratio of the coating composition while keeping the water-resistance of the coating film and the storage stability of the coating material. SOLUTION: The resin composition for coating having a carboxy concentration/epoxy concentration ratio of 0.7-1.5 is produced by mixing a reactive oligomer containing carboxy group and having a number-average molecular weight of 1,000-2,000 and a concentration of 2-4 mol/kg-resin with a reactive fine particle having a core/shell structure composed of a core and a shell, having a total particle diameter of 100-1,000 nm, the ratio of the particle diameter of the core to the total particle diameter of ≤0.8 and a concentration of 0.5-3 mol/kg-resin and containing epoxy group in the core part.
