Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure of a portion penetrating a reactor bottom, which securely prevents leakage. SOLUTION: The sealing structure of a portion penetrating a reactor bottom prevents leakage that may occur between an instrumentation cylinder 3 penetrating a reactor bottom 2 of a nuclear reactor and the reactor bottom 2. The structure comprises a circular, first welding layer 11 provided on a lower face of the reactor bottom 2 and around the instrumentation cylinder 3; a circular, second welding layer 12 formed on a lower face of the first welding layer 11; a cap 1 surrounding an exposed region 4 of a penetration body such as the instrumentation cylinder 3; and a circular, third welding layer 14 bonded to a circumferential face of the instrumentation cylinder 3, a top end region of the cap 1, and the second welding layer 12.
