SOLUTION: A levee-plastering machine is provided with a rotation fulcrum for rotating the implements 12, 13 and 17 in the horizontal direction on the same shaft center 9 as a drive shaft center of an offset member 6 and is composed so as to provide the rotation set position for rotating the implements in the horizontal direction in the course of the movement of the implements from either one of left and right offset operation positions to the side of the other offset operation position. A rotation mechanism for the implements rotating the implements in the horizontal direction is interposingly installed in an offset mechanism. Safety mechanisms for controlling the possibility or impossibility of rotation with a signal generated by offset operation of the offset member and the implements are provided in the offset mechanism and rotation mechanism for the implements. The levee-plastering machine is further equipped with a mechanism for automatically locking/automatically releasing the horizontal rotation of the implements and a buffer member 20 holding the thrust of the offset mechanism and buffering the shock of the rotation of the offset member and implements.
