SOLUTION: The optical interference between layers of a structure body is made to be minimum. In order to maximize a uniform optical penetrability, optical adjusting layers (60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65) are made use of. Furthermore, by optical adjusting, thin conductive metal layers (21, 23) can be arrayed in place of transparent conductive oxide layers (20, 22).
