FOOD PROCESSOR WITH MULTI-FUNCTIONAL OPERATION MODE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveniently usable food processor with a multi-functional operation mode, by which a user selects an adaptive operation mode in response to the type of food when the food is processed, and the process of the whole food processing is automatically established without requiring a manual operation in divided steps of the food processing. SOLUTION: The food processor includes: a CPU having a control chip with a motor operation mode control program written therein; an input control unit having a plurality of switches convenient for the user to select control, so as to conduct the control of whole functional operation modes in the food processor and to perform the operation mode required by the user; a power source unit for providing power required for the motor and the control chip of the CPU; a function successively connected to the control circuit of the motor, so as to form a detecting circuit and to detect an AC sine-wave zero-level; a phase detector for transmitting a detected signal to the control chip of the CPU, allowing the control chip to correctly control the phase angle of AC electricity, and preventing the uncontrollable state of a motor rotation velocity; and a motor control unit comprising a switch element so as to control a motor operation.
