CARE PLAN CREATION SUPPORT PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract needs sufficiently reflecting individuality of a service user. SOLUTION: The care plan creation support program stores a first table coordinating aid classifications with each item of a basic survey in a qualification survey sheet for determining care necessity, and a second table coordinating a particular item with a predetermined option of options provided with respect to each item of the basic survey. Each item of the basic survey and options provided with respect to the items are displayed, and a computer user selects options matching a state of the service user from the displayed options. Particular items and aid classifications corresponding to the particular items coordinated with the options selected by the computer user are extracted by referring to the first and second tables. Each of the extracted aid classifications and particular items corresponding to the aid classifications are displayed in coordination, and needs with respect to the caregiving service user regarding each of the extracted aid classifications are inputted by the computer user.
