SOLUTION: In the construction method, reticulate bodies are laid horizontally on a ground or fillings and the fillings are built on the reticulate bodies, and the reticulate bodies are laid horizontally at every constant filling height and the fillings are repeated. In the construction method, the reticulate bodies are then stuck along the side faces of the fillings in accordance with the inclination of a surface of a slope to be constructed, and the end sections of the horizontally laid reticulate bodies and the reticulate bodies for forming the surface of the slope are connected and unified. It is preferable that the reticulate bodies made of plastics, to which an orientating treatment in the uniaxial direction or the biaxial direction is carried out, are used as the reticulate bodies. Surface-shaped drainage materials are also laid further on at least one layers among the horizontally laid reticulate bodies, and further the filling sides of the reticulate bodies for forming the surface of the slope are covered with vegetation sheets and the fillings can also be conducted.
