Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: air bubbles remain in a housing 1 when a liquid is supplied into the housing 1 from a liquid inflow port 4 in such a state that the housing 1 is not filled with the liquid in an ultrasonic washing apparatus, ultrasonic waves generated by an ultrasonic vibrator 3 are not transmitted to the outside from a nozzle 2, or air bubbles are accumulated on the surface of the ultrasonic vibrator 3 and the ultrasonic vibrator 3 becomes a non-load state to be destructed. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic washing apparatus has the housing 1, the nozzle 2, the ultrasonic vibrator 3, the fluid inflow port 4, a pump 5 and a tank 6. A difference pressure sensor 9 is connected to the fluid inflow port 4 and a balloon 10 is connected to the difference pressure sensor 9 as an instantaneous large amount liquid supply device.
