A vertical dimension of the vertical frame materials 2, 3, and a vertical dimension and a lateral width of the panel board 4 are respectively adjustable, and the vertical frame material 4 and the panel board are connected and fixed through connecting fittings 5, 5. The vertical frame materials 2, 3 are cut at a cutting line S1 to adjust their vertical dimension, the panel board 4 is cut at a cutting line S1 to adjust its vertical dimension and cut at a cutting line S2 to adjust its lateral width.
