Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for easily making a replacement work of a fluorescent lamp 20 since it is not necessary to attach and detach a louver 30. SOLUTION: A fixture main body 10 is provided. A plurality of fluorescent lamps 20 are provided at an underside of the fixture main body 10 arranged in free attachment and detachment. The louver 30 is provided arranged at the underside of each fluorescent lamp 20. A screw-down mechanism 40 is provided for screwing down the center part of the louver in free rotation around a vertical axis. The louver 30 is made to be positioned below each fluorescent lamp 20 at a normal mode and is positioned away from the position below the fluorescent lamp 20 at a lamp replacement mode in which the louver 30 is rotated from the normal mode.
