Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an electrolytic efficiency by uniformizing the flow of water to be electrolyzed along the entire surface of an electrode plate, in an electrolytic cell for electrolyzing water to be electrolyzed while guiding the same to the lower end side of the electrode plate from a supply port through an introducing part to fluidize the same upwardly along the entire surface of the electrode plate. SOLUTION: The introducing part 10c2 is constituted of the first flow channel 15a extending in the lateral direction of a cell main body to communicate with the supply port 11 of the water to be electrolyzed, the second flow channel 15b, which extends in parallel to the first flow channel 15a under this channel and is positioned at the lower part of the lower end of each of the electrode plates 22 to communicate with each of electrolytic cells R1 and R2, and the third flow channels 15c for connecting both flow channels 15a and 15b. The region where gas is easy to stagnate of each of the flow channels is formed of an inclined passage for guiding the water to be electrolyzed downwardly and obliquely to eliminate a gas stagnation part.
