description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a part which has density near to the theoretical density of aluminum alloy and dimensional precision at high level by using a method for utilizing a porous block of a first aluminum-base material with a second aluminum-base material, in the production of a three-dimensional material. SOLUTION: Mixed material containing binder and at least one aluminum or the first aluminum-base alloy, is formed into non-burning compound body (12). The binder is removed from the non-burning complex body to form a porous preform structural body (14). The porous preform structural body is infiltrated with an infiltrating material as the second aluminum-base alloy to form the three-dimensional material having the density very near to theoretical density (16).
