Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-tight base for installation of a pump capable of easily correcting the attitude of the pump while the water sealability of a pump installation hole is kept even if a structure is tilted by uneven settlement after the installation of the pump, and pump equipment. SOLUTION: This base 110 is installed at the inner peripheral portion of the pump installation hole 103, and the installation part of the pump 80 is installed on the base. The base 110 comprises a seal holding structure in which an elastic ring 150 is installed between the inner peripheral surface of the base 110 and an elastic ring holder 90 on the installation part 83 side so that, even if the pump 80 is tilted relative to the base 110 from a normal position, water sealability can be held only by a change in the pressing amount of the elastic ring 150.
