DRAWING PROCESSING APPARATUS AND PRINTING PROCESSING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly correspond to various substituting processing desired by a user in the case of printing an electronic document on paper. SOLUTION: A drawing processing apparatus of the present invention is provided with a storage part 24 for storing a substitute table for showing a correspondence relation between an electronically represented character string and drawing information for drawing at its drawing position, a retrieval part 23 for extracting a character string included in an electronic document instructed to be printed and retrieving whether the extracted character string exists in the substitute table, a drawing instruction substituting part 26 for extracting drawing information corresponding to the character string from the substitute table and substituting a drawing instruction of characters representing the character string with another drawing instruction according to the extracted drawing information when the character string is determined to exist in the substitute table, and a drawing processing part 27 for applying drawing processing to the substituted drawing instruction and generating print data.
