PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute EPG showing a digital terrestrial broadcast program that can be received in a present position of a mobile/portable reception terminal. SOLUTION: A communication station 106 receiving EPG request information 151 with environment information 151a comprising position information from a broadcast reception terminal 100 retrieves a database 107 storing a broadcast program which can be received at every environment information comprising position information as EPG 108 based on received environment information 151a and returns retrieved EPG to the broadcast reception terminal 100 as selection EPG 154a. The broadcast reception terminal 100 selects the broadcast program from returned selection EPG154a and receives it from a radio tower 101 broadcasting a broadcast radio wave from the broadcast station so as to view it. Position information 151a1on latitude/longitude, altitude and moving speed/moving direction, terminal machine type information 151a2can be contained in environment information 151a and weather information 153 on a place where the broadcast reception terminal 100 is located in a retrieval condition of the database 107.
