SOLUTION: In the road-surface antifreezing block 1 in which an elastic member 3 is held between a lower block 2 and an upper block 6, at least one of a pushing section 5a projected in the horizontal direction while being superposed on another adjacent block 1 and used for downwards pushing the upper block 6 of the adjacent block and a section to be pushed 4a, on which the pushing section 5a of another adjacent block 1 is superposed and which is pushed downwards, is formed to the upper block 6, the pushing section 5a is formed on the front side in the progressive direction of a car and the section to be pushed 4a is formed on the rear side in the progressive direction.
