Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively inhibit the generation of improper combustion in switching a burner from a suction state to a combustion state by mounting a thermal storage member near a burner tip part. SOLUTION: The thermal storage member 4 is incorporated in a burner body 1, the thermal storage member 4 is heated by a high-temperature waste gas sucked from a cylindrical tip part 11 of the burner body 1, and the combustion air supplied to a basic end part 12 of the burner body 1 is preheated by the heated thermal storage member 4. A supporting plate 42 is mounted in the burner body 1 orthogonally to an axis Lx of the tip part 11, supporting members 41 are fixed to a plurality of parts of a plate face of the supporting plate 42 in a state of standing upright to the plate face, so that their tips 412 are located at positions near the tip part 11, and a plurality of honeycomb bodies 5 having a number of through holes penetrated in the axial direction of the supporting cylinder 41 are accommodated in the supporting cylinder 41 extended in parallel with the axis Lx.
