Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for efficiently detoxifying a poisonous substance in a reclaimed land of final disposal site with a simple constitution and achieve early stabilization of the final disposal site. SOLUTION: Boring holes 4 are vertically bored with adequate intervals from a surface layer 3 mixed with zeolite to the vicinity of the bottom surface of the reclaimed land 2 in the reclaimed land 2 of the final disposal site 1. A poisonous gas exhausted from the reclaimed land 2 is adsorbed/fixed in the zeolite mixed into the surface layer 3 to be detoxified, and air which flows into the reclaimed land 2 activates aerobic decomposition in the reclaimed land 2, thus the early stabilization of the reclaimed land 2 is achieved.
