Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve annealing processing for separating a magnetic layer and to uniformalize a quality variation region by annealing the magnetic layer in the direction of the film thickness, in a magnetic wall moving magneto-optical recording medium. SOLUTION: (1) An optical head for annealing is arranged at both plane side (substrate side and magnetic layer side) of a medium, annealing irradiation is performed from the both plane sides of the medium.
