The method has a press process I of switching a press speed from a prescribed high speed to a prescribed low speed corresponding to a press load while the member 91 is pressed by a press means 2 to apply the prescribed press load P1 to the press means 2, and a tightening process II of switching a tightening speed from the prescribed high speed to the prescribed low speed corresponding to a change in the load P1 and subtracting a prescribed load ΔP from the load P1.
