SOLUTION: The pelletized feed for cultured fish is obtained by adding inexpensive sodium L-ascorbate or sodium L-ascorbate-dispersed liquidized oil and fat to pelletized feed as an additive as a supply source of Vitamin C so as to slightly change in Vitamin C due to decomposition and reduction. The method for inexpensively producing various kinds of feed pellets comprises only an operation of adding sodium L-ascorbate or liquidized oil and fat where an active ingredient such as sodium L-ascorbate is dispersed to mix them together so as to enable small-quantity job shop type production of the pelletized feed or the feed additive.
