COLD STORAGE DEVICE FOR VEGETABLE AND ITS CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold storage device suitably used for storing vegetables without excessively cooling them, and to provide its control method. SOLUTION: This cold storage device for vegetable comprises a vegetable storage compartment, an indoor mechanism 21 composed of a cooling unit 21a and an air blasting fan 21b, a specific outdoor mechanism 22, a refrigerant conduit 23, and a switch valve 24 of the refrigerant conduit. A first temperature sensor 31 for measuring a temperature of the entire vegetable storage compartment, and a second temperature sensor 32 mounted near an indoor air introduction side of the indoor mechanism are mounted to control the operation of the cooling mechanism on the basis of detection values of the temperature sensors 3. In particular, the distribution of a temperature in the storage compartment can be unified by applying a first control means inverting the air blasting direction when the detection value of the first sensor is less than a first set value, and closing the switch valve when the detection value of the second sensor is less than the first set value. The overcooling by the intruded cold air can be prevented by applying a second control means closing the switch valve in a state that the detection value of the second sensor is lower than a second set value of low temperature.
