Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety belt mounting device for a picking forklift capable of urging a worker to wear a safety belt and to work in a safe condition in which he/she wears the safety belt. SOLUTION: This safety belt mounting device is provided with a safety bar 38 linking the safety belt 50, an optical sensor 70 for detecting whether the safety belt 50 is linked to the safety bar 38 or not, and a red patrol light and a sound alarm for giving an alarm when the safety belt 50 is not linked to the safety bar 38. When the safety belt 50 is linked to the safety bar 38, light from a light projecting part 70a is blocked by a hook part 53 to detect that the the safety belt 50 is linked to the safety bar 38. When the safety belt 50 is not linked to the safety bar 38, light from the light projecting part 70a is not blocked to detect that the safety belt 50 is not linked, and the red patrol light and the sound alarm operate.
