Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground heat storage tank using liquid in a liquid tank as heat storage medium of a heat storage system in a pile foundation and hydraulic pressure joint type substructure. SOLUTION: Piles supporting a structure at a prescribed height are installed, a liquid tank is provided right under an underground skeleton of the structure, and a hydraulic pressure adjusting pipe erected by connected to the liquid tank is provided. The liquid tank is filled with liquid, the hydraulic pressure is set by the height of the liquid in the hydraulic pressure adjusting pipe, and the structure is supported by the hydraulic pressure corresponding to the height of the liquid in the hydraulic pressure adjusting pipe. A liquid injection pipe feeding the liquid from a heat source to the liquid tank and a liquid collecting pipe returning the liquid to the heat source are connected to each other and the liquid in the liquid tank is used as the heat storage medium of the heat storage system.
