SHEET UNIT FOR BUILDING PRESENTATION AND METHOD OF PRESENTATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a designer and a customer to communicate with each other based on common information and to enable a person other than the designer to make the same explanation as that by the designer. SOLUTION: In a site information sheet C, a drawing containing roads and neighboring houses with a site in a center, the feature of the site containing the shape, elevation difference and environment of the site, and points to be examined in order to build the building are written. The customer understands the feature and peripheral environment of the site by means of the sheet C. In a site zoning information sheet D, building elements and non-building elements to be arranged in the site are included and a utilization plan of the whole site obtained by utilizing the feature of the site and considering the points of these to be examined are arranged as a zone. The customer understands the utilization plan of the site with the sheet D. In a plane figure information sheet E, elements corresponding to the respective arranged zones are written as a concrete plane figure.
