Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional electret capacitor microphone using a conventional electret material film for a vibrating membrane has had difficulty in prevention of a stray capacitance and enhancement of detection sensitivity. SOLUTION: In the electret capacitor microphone having: a vibrating membrane unit with a support frame, a vibrating membrane made of an electret material film fixed to the support frame, and an electrode film formed on the vibrating membrane; and a fixed electrode opposed to the electrode film, the area of the electrode film of the vibrating membrane unit is selected nearly equal to an operatable area of the vibrating membrane.
