When the load of the head is applied to the recessed parts on the upper surface, the stuffing material around it is converged along the direction of the force turned from the recessed parts of the upper surface to the recessed parts of the bottom surface to support the head part and the neck part with a proper hardness, and the fitting property with the pillow can be also enhanced to prevent the intrusion of the air out of the bed into the bed.
