description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide radio equipment for changing radio channels, in connection with a communication state, and stably setting a PLL circuit. SOLUTION: The equipment includes: a communication protocol part 20 for monitoring the communication state of a self station, when the change of radio channel information is detected, and indicates the setting of the PLL circuit 401 which outputs an oscillation frequency required to change the radio channel, in the case of a reception period; a PLL circuit setting part 301 for setting the PLL circuit 401 based on the indication; a timer 302, to be operated during a prescribed period from the start of setting the PLL circuit 401 till the completion of stabilizing the oscillation frequency which is outputted after and end of the setting; and a communication control part 303 for controlling prevention of transmission, when the timer 302 is in operation.
