description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain practical effects for reinforcement of muscles of feet and legs and for a metabolism effect through blood circulation by rendering what is called health shoes or health sandals easy to walk. SOLUTION: The shank 4 of the sole 3 of the footwear 1 such as each of the health shoes or each of the health sandals corresponding to the arch of the sole of the foot is allowed to be a flat state with a specified area. A toe side sole 5 of the front of the shank 4 and a heel side sole 6 of the rear of the shank 4 are formed into inclined faces sloping toward the toe side and the heel side by 8-15 degrees. The arch insole 4 of the insole 9 of the footwear 1 such as the shoe or the sandal corresponding to the arch part of the sole of the foot has an expansion part 10 expanding so as to run along the arch of the foot. An insole sheet 11 is stuck along the insole 9, rendering the footwear 1 easy to walk and allowing the arch part of the foot to have practical acupressure. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
