MERCHANDISE SALE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise sale system that ensures reliable delivery of an accompaniment associated with merchandise. SOLUTION: When merchandise to be sold is entered, names and prices of the merchandise and types and numbers of accompaniments are displayed on a screen. The screen of a display device 15 is divided into a first display part 21 for merchandise tabulation and a second display part 22 for accompaniment display. Without erasure of the accompaniment display, an entry screen of merchandise to be sold to the next customer is displayed on the first display part 21, so that the accompaniment display can be maintained even for the sale of merchandise involving a time delay.
