The main body 14 forms a communicating segment 26 communicating with the folding segment 18 by the folding segments 20, 22; a storing segment 28 forming a storing space 32; and a hook segment 30. A first area 42 and a second area 44 acting as holding means raised from a base segment 16 are formed at the base segment 16 by a first slit 36 and a second slit 38. The communicating segment 26 of the main body 14 is fixed to the base segment 16 with the fixing means and the hook segment 30 of the main body 14 is fixed to the base segment 16 by the first area 42 and the second area 44 acting as the holding means. With this arrangement as above, the storing segment 28 of the main body 14 is formed into an arch shape and then a CD or the like can be held in the storing space 32 of the arch-shaped storing segment 28.
