SOLUTION: In the network-monitoring system, when an environment monitor 50 is expanded the Ethernet switch 42 provided in a community and a power supply is cut off in the space of the monitor, or the power supply is extracted by someone, electric power required for the environment monitor 50 is supplied, data on the cut-off of the power supply is transmitted to the station side 44 for allowing a net manager at the station side 44 to carry out analysis and judgment, and a contact detection switch electric circuit provided on the environment monitor 50 is utilized for monitoring the abnormal opening in the gate for sealing the apparatus space.
