SOLUTION: The powder feed container is made of paper, a resin film or a synthetic film comprising paper and a resin film, receives the powder inside, and has one of sides toward a tip inclined from the midway to form the tip to be sharp. A first opening 201 for discharging the internal powder is formed by cutting the tip, while a second opening 202 for feeding air to the first opening 201 along an inner wall of the oblique side is formed by making a cut in a region in the vicinity of a point of change where the oblique side is formed and folding inwardly a region toward a rear end from the cut.
