Even when electric charges due to static electricity are applied on the wirings by the time when a substrate is divided into sections, the electric charges are dispersed to other wirings via the high resistance parts 9 and the short circuit line 8. Moreover, even when electric charges due to static electricity are applied on the wirings after the substrate is divided into sections, since the high resistance part 9 remains between divided ends and a display area, the voltage of the electric charges is dropped at the high resistance parts 9 before the electric charges reach the display area from the divided ends.
