Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact heat exchanger exhibiting enhanced heat exchange efficiency, and a heat pump type hot water supply apparatus with the usage of CO2 refrigerant performing highly efficient heat pump operation. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger is provided with a first heat exchange pipe 12A for passing a liquid being heat-exchanged, and a second heat exchange pipe 12B for passing a heating medium. The second heat exchange pipe is buried in the first heat exchange pipe in a state of being spirally wound around the first heat exchange pipe. The heat pump type hot water supply apparatus is provided with the heat exchanger constituted by the first heat exchange pipe 12A for passing the hot water, and the second heat exchange pipe 12B for passing the CO2 refrigerant. The second heat exchange pipe 12B is buried in the first heat exchange pipe 12A in the state of being spirally wound around the first heat exchange pipe 12A. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
