Data (S7) of the first gradient surface or the second gradient surface, data (S9) of a part of the first coupling surface or a part of the second coupling surface and data (S11) of a part of the product surface which are not required to form the 'seat' on the product surface are successively deleted. Thus, the unnecessary data is deleted, and data in which the part of the first coupling surface, the part of the second coupling surface and the part of the product surface which are left are coupled is taken as seat shape data.
