APPARATUS TO COMBINE FILTER TO COLLIMATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus to combine a filter to a collimator which can easily combine a filter with an end part of a collimator. SOLUTION: The apparatus to combine the filter to the collimator which combines the filter with the end part of the collimator so that incident light taken into the collimator is filtered is equipped with: a filter support part which supports the filter whose one surface is coated with an adhesive; a chucking holder which is provided below the filter support part and chucks the collimator; an elevation part which elevates or lowers the chucking holder toward the filter support part; and at least one heating part which is provided at a side part of the filter support part and heats a contact area between the collimator and the filter.
