The non-sensing and the unnecessary sensing due to the excess integration and the incomplete integration are prevented without bringing about the excess integration for integrating the Feret's diameters of change objects different when the Feret's diameters are large and without bringing about the incomplete integration that the Feret's diameter of the one change object becomes a plurality when the Feret's diameters are small, and hence the individual objects can be accurately decided.
