Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lubricant for hot rolling having a high frictional coefficient and excellent in seizing resistance, and to provide a hot rolling method improved in roll protection and slip resistance due to high frictional coefficient by using the lubricant. SOLUTION: This lubricant for the hot rolling comprises (a) grease, (b) 1-10 wt.% extreme-pressure agent and (c) 10-50 wt.% seizuing-preventing agent having ≤10 μm average particle diameter.
