INVENTORY CONTROL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the quantity of inventory in each base, following the demand estimation, while maintaining the right quantity of inventory in each base at an appropriate level without partiality in a multiple-unit inventory control device in a commodity sales network having several inventory bases. SOLUTION: A floating inventory reserve means 0311 determines the inventory consuming condition of an inventory base on the basis of an estimation gap degree showing an estimation value of a gap of the demand estimation. When the inventory is not enough in the base in charge, a customer order is changed to reserve the inventory in a base having enough inventory. An estimation gap degree computing means 0312 computes the estimation gap degree by estimating a gap of the demand estimation of an area in charge on the basis of the commodity delivery results of the inventory base.
