Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water heater of a simple structure, which releases the air in a circulating circuit in a short time when flooding the heater. SOLUTION: This hot-water heater A is composed of a heating returning tube 16, a pressure tank 12 having a pressure cap 12A, an in-machine main circuit K wherein a hot water circulating pump JP, a heat exchanger 13 and a heating returning tube 15 are successively annularly connected, and a bypass circuit 17 mounted over the heating returning tube and the heating going tube.
