Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for evading transmission line switching abnormality by which safe package replacing work with shortened time can be performed. SOLUTION: These method and system are constituted of: a first step for comparing received APS byte from an opposite device with a faulty state of the present device and with APS byte which is attempted to be transmitted after recognizing recovery from a fault when an SDH interface signal storage package provided to a transmitter is replaced; and a second step for suppressing APS byte transmission for fixed time so that no abnormal cut back is produced according to comparison.
