SOLUTION: In the unit rooms, the frames of the unit rooms are manufactured previously by a dividing into upper and lower sections by a steel frame material, patch plates or through-bolts are installed to the connecting sections of the upper and lower frames by a welding or the like, the frames of the unit rooms divided into the upper and lower sections are carried into the place of installation and the patch plates or the through-bolts for the connecting sections of the upper and lower frames are clamped mutually by bolts. In the unit rooms, when the unit rooms having wide floor areas are manufactured, the unit rooms are arranged in a horizontal one row and a plurality of the unit rooms are mounted and crossing steel plates connecting the patch plates or the through-bolts are clamped together mutually in the horizontal direction of the unit rooms.
