Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cluster gene in which formation of a cluster on a chromosome is confirmed in a gene fragment cloned by this invention with asb1 and asb2 participating in ferrichrome biosynthesis of Aspergillus oryjae and ferrichrome of Aspergillus oryjae can highly be produced or not produced under limitation of iron by using the gene. SOLUTION: Acetylase, ABC transporter, protein kinase A or ankyrine repeat- containing DHHC zinc-finger protein forming the cluster of ferrichrome biosynthesis of Aspergillus oryjae is elucidated. Genes encoding the protein, namely asb3, asbT, ankO or asbR are cloned and their base sequences are also determined. |
