SOLUTION: In this system, the transmission of the contents or various types of data is performed through the communication satellite, and the results of the communication is checked through the WAN. On a transmission side, a signal on the necessity of the check is added and, only when the results of transmission must be checked, the WAN is used. If the transmission through the communication satellite fails, the necessity of re-transmission is added and, when re-transmission is required, the signal is re-transmitted through the WAN. When the updating of the contents or various types of data is not performed on a display device side as a receiving side even after a specified time is passed, a specified mark is displayed on the screen of the display device for warning.
