SOLUTION: In a ventilation hole 30 connecting inside and outside of a building wall, ventilation port equipment of double structure consisting of an outer cylinder 2 and an inner cylinder 6 is arranged. The inner cylinder 6 consists of a peripheral wall and an end wall 7 for blocking an end part of the peripheral wall of indoor side. The end wall 7, formed to be a hemispherical shape, protrudes to indoor side in a round shape as a whole.
